NAHCO Records Strong Financial Performance in 2025
NIGERIAN Aviation Handling Company Plc has posted a robust financial performance for the 2025 fiscal year, with significant growth across revenue, profit, and shareholder returns.
The company’s total revenue rose by 22.93 per cent to ₦65.82 billion, up from ₦53.54 billion recorded in 2024, reflecting improved operational efficiency and increased market activity within Nigeria’s aviation sector.
Profit Growth Signals Operational Strength
The company’s profitability also recorded notable gains. Profit Before Tax climbed by 29.83 per cent to ₦24.28 billion, compared to ₦18.70 billion in the previous year.
More strikingly, Profit After Tax surged by 36.02 per cent to ₦17.5 billion, underscoring strong cost discipline and enhanced operational performance.
Earnings per share followed the same upward trajectory, increasing by 36.14 per cent from ₦6.60 to ₦8.99, further strengthening shareholder value.
Leadership Highlights Efficiency and Market Expansion
Speaking at the company’s 45th Annual General Meeting in Lagos, Chairman Seinde Oladapo Fadeni attributed the impressive results to operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives.
He noted that the company’s performance reflects a deliberate push to expand market share while maintaining strict cost controls, positioning NAHCO as a leading force in the aviation ground handling sector.
Dividend Boost Signals Investor Confidence
Buoyed by the strong financial results, the board has proposed a dividend payout of ₦6.25 per share, alongside a bonus share offer of one for every seven held.
The move is expected to reinforce investor confidence and sustain NAHCO’s track record of rewarding shareholders.
