Osuoza Celebrates Delta NUJ Chairman Churchill Oyowe At Birthday

DR. Michael Osuoza, Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties, Government House, has felicitated the Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Delta State Council, Comrade Churchill Oyowe, on his birthday.
