Governor Salutes Elder Statesman
DELTA State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated elder statesman and business magnate, Chief Johnbull Ejovi, the Udu of Agbon Kingdom, on his 71st birthday.
Governor Oborevwori, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, described Ejovi as a visionary leader and distinguished son of Ethiope East.
He said the celebrant had made significant contributions to community development, business and philanthropy, both within Delta State and beyond.
Praise for Leadership & Philanthropy
The governor joined the people of Ethiope East, the Urhobo nation and well-wishers across the country to celebrate Ejovi on the milestone.
He described him as a man of wisdom, a mentor and a pillar of support to many people.
“Chief Johnbull Ejovi’s legacy of selfless service and philanthropy continues to inspire generations,” Oborevwori said.
The governor also commended Ejovi’s business acumen, leadership qualities and commitment to the development of Agbon Kingdom and Delta State.
According to him, the celebrant’s contributions have left lasting marks on the growth and unity of communities across the state.
Prayers for More Years of Service
Oborevwori said Ejovi’s 71st birthday was a milestone worthy of celebration because of his years of service to humanity and contributions to the socio-economic development of Delta State.
“On behalf of my family, the government and the entire people of Delta State, I heartily congratulate our dear elder statesman and leader on this remarkable milestone,” he said.
The governor prayed that God would continue to bless Ejovi with good health, strength and many more fruitful years.
He also wished the celebrant continued fulfilment as he contributes to the development of his community and the state.
