Missed JAMB Response? Check Your Support Ticket Through COSS

By IKE UZOR-NZUBECHI
THE Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has provided an online channel for candidates to track complaints submitted through its support system.
Candidates can use the Board’s Central Online Support System (COSS) to access existing support tickets and follow up on enquiries.
To begin, a candidate should visit the official JAMB Central Online Support System.
Once on the platform, the candidate should select “Access Existing Ticket.”
The next step requires the email address connected to the candidate’s JAMB e-Facility profile.
Afterwards, the candidate must enter any of the ticket IDs linked to the complaint.
Once the required information has been entered, the candidate should click “Submit.” The system will then provide access to the relevant support ticket.
For candidates who have not yet submitted a complaint, the platform provides another option.
They can select “Create Support Ticket” and enter the requested details to lodge their complaint or enquiry.
Additionally, users can attach supporting documents when submitting a complaint. Candidates can therefore provide relevant evidence or information that may assist with their enquiries.
JAMB continues to encourage candidates to use its online support system when seeking assistance with its services.
As a result, candidates with existing complaints can use the platform to monitor their tickets rather than submitting repeated complaints through separate channels.
