According to the timetable signed by the Campaign Council’s Director-General, Senator James Manager, and Secretary, Chief Efe Uko, the party will flag off its activities at Oleh, headquarters of Isoko South, at 10am on 5 November. Thereafter, the campaign train will move to Ozoro, headquarters of Isoko North, for its second engagement at noon.
The exercise is expected to provide opportunities for the party to present its candidates and programmes, engage voters and strengthen its grassroots structures ahead of the elections.

The statewide exercise will conclude two days later, on 7 January, with a grand finale at Orerokpe, headquarters of Okpe Local Government Area. The final rally is scheduled to begin at 11am.
APC Targets Grassroots Engagement Ahead of 2027
The timetable places all 25 local government areas within the party’s campaign programme, providing a structured opportunity for its candidates and leaders to engage communities across Delta State.
Through the tour, the APC is expected to mobilise supporters, communicate its electoral programmes and strengthen its presence at the grassroots.
Moreover, the statewide approach will allow the party to take its campaign beyond major urban centres and reach voters in different local government areas.
With the 5th November flag-off approaching, the party’s ability to coordinate its visits and translate the scheduled rallies into meaningful voter engagement will be central to the success of its mobilisation effort ahead of the 2027 general elections.
