THE Industrial Training Fund (ITF) says about 100,000 participants in the second phase of its Skill-Up Artisans (SUPA) programme will sit for soft skills examinations on Wednesday 24 September 2025.
The exams, to be conducted by the Chartered Institute of Project Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), will assess trainees in project management, occupational health and safety, and professional ethics.
ITF Director-General, Dr. Afiz Oluwatoyin Ogun, said the initiative aims to equip artisans with globally recognised certifications, boost employability, and position them for international opportunities. He added that ITF has secured accreditation from City & Guilds London and is engaging other global certification bodies.
