Otu Nwanne Bu Ife Pays Courtesy Visit To Asagba of Asaba

MEMBERS of Otu Nwanne Bu Ife, led by Mrs. Christiana Okolo, paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Majesty, Asagba of Asaba, Prof. Epiphany Azinge, at his palace yesterday 22 September 2025.

The revered monarch warmly welcomed the group and condoled with them over the recent loss of their leader. He commended their commitment to the Asaba community, noting that with their children born in the town, they are now full-fledged Asaba indigenes.

HRM Azinge praised women from the Eastern part of Nigeria for their industriousness and business acumen, urging them to instill hard work and focus in their children. He encouraged the group to continue supporting their husbands while fostering unity and loyalty to Asaba.

Earlier, Mrs. Okolo congratulated the Asagba on his successful ascension to the throne. She explained that their earlier inability to pay homage was due to the passing of their leader. She also thanked the monarch for his leadership and prayed for God’s continued guidance in his reign.
