Nigeria Seek Crucial Group F Victory
NIGERIA’S Falconets will face China in their second Group F match at the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Poland on Thursday 10 September.
The match carries major importance for Nigeria’s hopes of reaching the knockout stage.
After their opening fixture, the Falconets know that a positive result against China could strengthen their position in the group.
Coach Chris Danjuma is expected to favour a balanced approach. Nigeria will aim to remain organised defensively while maintaining enough attacking threat to trouble the Chinese defence.
