Elozino Olaniyan Becomes Midwestern Oil’s First Female CEO

THE Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) has congratulated Elozino Olaniyan on her historic appointment as the first female Chief Executive Officer of Midwestern Oil and Gas.
In a congratulatory letter, NSE President Mrs. Margaret Oguntala noted that Olaniyan’s leadership, effective from December 1, marks a major milestone in the energy sector and in the company’s 26-year history.
Oguntala praised Olaniyan’s contributions to the oil and gas industry and highlighted her role in paving the way for women in engineering and leadership positions.
“Engr. Olaniyan’s appointment is a powerful testament to her excellence and determination. It breaks barriers for women in leadership and will inspire future generations of engineers, especially young women, to aim high,” Oguntala said.
She added that NSE remains committed to promoting the empowerment and advancement of women across engineering and leadership roles in all sectors.
