Oku Celebrates Oborevwori’s Three Years In Office, Praises MORE Agenda
SPECIAL Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Political Matters, Comrade Oku Victory Ozieoghene, has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori ahead of the third anniversary of his administration, commending what he described as people-oriented leadership and sustained developmental strides across the state.
In a statement issued in Asaba on Thursday, Oku described the administration’s MORE Agenda as impactful and progressive, noting that it has continued to deliver visible democratic dividends to residents of Delta State.
Commendation For Governance And Infrastructure
The governor’s aide stated that Governor Oborevwori had, within three years in office, strengthened governance structures at the grassroots while expanding infrastructure development across different parts of the state.
According to him, the administration has also sustained peace, political stability and inclusiveness, creating opportunities for broader participation in governance.
Oku noted that the governor’s style of leadership, humility and accessibility have contributed significantly to his growing popularity among Deltans.
“Over the past three years, your administration has remained focused on delivering quality governance and meaningful development to the people of our dear state,” he stated.
MORE Agenda Driving Development
He further praised the implementation of the MORE Agenda, which he said has positively impacted critical sectors such as healthcare, education, youth empowerment and human capital development.
The aide stressed that many residents now feel the practical impact of government policies and programmes, adding that the administration has succeeded in restoring public confidence in governance.
According to him, the governor’s commitment to inclusive leadership has also strengthened unity across political and social groups within the state.

Oku urged Deltans to continue supporting the administration as it advances efforts to deepen development and improve living standards across the state.
He also prayed for divine wisdom, strength and good health for the governor as he continues to lead the state.

Governor Oborevwori will officially mark his third anniversary in office on 29 May 2026.
