Governor Celebrates Former Speaker’s Birthday
DELTA State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated the Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu and former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, on the occasion of his 64th birthday.
In a goodwill message issued in Asaba through his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the governor described Gbajabiamila as an accomplished statesman whose distinguished career in public service has made significant contributions to Nigeria’s democratic growth and national development.
He noted that Gbajabiamila’s years in legislative leadership and his current responsibilities in the Presidency reflect his unwavering commitment to serving the country.
Commendation for Democratic Contributions
Governor Oborevwori praised the former Speaker for his role in strengthening democratic institutions and promoting effective governance throughout his years in the National Assembly.
According to him, Gbajabiamila demonstrated exceptional leadership by fostering dialogue, encouraging bipartisan cooperation and building consensus on issues of national importance.
