REGISTRAR-GENERAL of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Mr. Hussaini Magaji, says the commission’s monthly workout is improving staff health, morale and productivity.
Speaking during the early-morning exercise in Abuja, Magaji said the fitness programme helps workers stay energised and better positioned to deliver efficient services. He noted that regular participation has led to noticeable improvements in staff well-being and overall performance.
“Staff are healthier, more active and more productive. The morale across the commission is higher,” he said, adding that CAC will continue to invest in wellness initiatives to strengthen its workforce.
Magaji encouraged other agencies and Nigerians to adopt regular exercise for physical and mental wellness.
Mrs. Nkechi Osakwe, representing the CAC Sports Committee, said the workout was introduced to promote healthier living and enhance workplace efficiency. She added that the initiative has motivated staff to prioritise fitness and general well-being.
The monthly workout forms part of CAC’s broader effort to build a motivated, vibrant and productive workforce.
