Asagba Celebrates Governor’s Third Anniversary in Office
THE Asagba of Asaba, His Royal Majesty Epiphany Chigbogu Azinge, has congratulated Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, on the occasion of his third anniversary in office, commending his administration’s commitment to governance, peace, and infrastructural development across the state.
In a goodwill message released to mark the anniversary, the revered monarch described Governor Oborevwori’s first three years in office as a period characterised by purposeful leadership and visible developmental interventions under the administration’s MORE Agenda.
Commendation for Development Initiatives
According to the royal father, the governor’s policies and programmes have contributed significantly to promoting peace, unity, and socio-economic growth across Delta State’s three senatorial districts.
The Asagba noted that several projects executed by the administration have positively impacted communities and strengthened public confidence in government. He particularly acknowledged the governor’s efforts in expanding road infrastructure and improving public facilities in different parts of the state.
The monarch also praised the administration for its support toward the growth and development of Asaba as the state capital, stressing that the city has continued to benefit from strategic government interventions aimed at enhancing its status as a modern administrative and economic hub.

While reflecting on the governor’s stewardship, the Asagba prayed for divine wisdom, strength, and sound health for Governor Oborevwori as he continues to lead the state.
