Sky Sports To Host Carabao Cup Semi-Final Draw

By FRED LONGJOHN OBEH
CARABAO Cup semi-final pairings will be determined on Wednesday, 17 December, with the draw set to take place live on Sky Sports Main Event following the Newcastle United versus Fulham quarter-final tie. Mark Chapman will present the draw, assisted by former internationals Jamie Redknapp and Shay Given, with proceedings expected to begin around 10:35pm.
The EFL confirmed that ball numbers will be announced earlier in the day via its official platforms. Arsenal and Crystal Palace will be represented by a single ball due to their delayed quarter-final fixture, meaning the winner of that match will automatically take the allocated semi-final spot.
The two-legged semi-final ties will begin in mid-January 2026, with first-leg matches scheduled for the week commencing 12 January and second-leg fixtures set for early February. The quarter-final stage continues this week, with fixtures spread across three matchdays.
