Governor Oborevwori Celebrates Kingsley Esiso’s 62nd Birthday

DELTA State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has extended warm felicitations to Dr. Kingsley Esiso, a prominent leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, on the occasion of his 62nd birthday.
