Oborevwori Celebrates Wife, Tobore, At 56
DELTA State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has celebrated his wife, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, as she marks her 56th birthday, describing her as a pillar of strength, compassion and godly influence in their family and across the state.
In a statement issued on Thursday by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the Governor expressed gratitude for his wife’s unwavering support throughout their journey, noting that her prayers and encouragement contributed greatly to their emergence as Delta State’s First Family.
He described Deaconess Tobore as a devoted mother and humanitarian whose contributions continue to uplift lives, especially through her pet initiative, the You Matter Charity Foundation. The foundation, he said, has remained consistent in supporting widows, the elderly, vulnerable families and children living with autism.
“On behalf of our family, as well as the government and good people of Delta State, I warmly felicitate my dear wife, Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, on the joyful occasion of her 56th birthday,” the Governor said.
“She has remained a shining example of dedication, compassion and godly values to our children and to the entire state. As she celebrates this milestone, it is our prayer that God will continually bless her with strength, wisdom and clarity of purpose as she discharges the responsibilities of the Office of the First Lady.”
Governor Oborevwori also expressed personal admiration for his wife, describing her as his daily inspiration.
“You make every day a pleasure with your humility, cheerful spirit, devotion to God, love for family, disciplined work ethic and unwavering service to humanity. I celebrate you today and always. Happy birthday, my love and best friend,” he said.
