LAGOS lawmaker Temitope Adewale has said Nigeria has overcome its most difficult stage and is now on the path to progress and prosperity.
In a statement marking the nation’s 65th Independence anniversary, the Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency I representative urged Nigerians to sustain their trust in President Bola Tinubu’s administration, noting that reforms were already yielding results.
Adewale, Chairman of the Lagos Assembly Committee on Transport, said economic indicators such as improved GDP and declining inflation signaled steady recovery. He called on state governors to complement federal efforts with people-oriented policies and infrastructure development.
