NDA Course 47 Marks 30 Years With Reunion Walk, Sports & Dinner

MEMBERS of the Nigerian Defence Academy’s 47th Regular Course gathered in Abuja for their 30th reunion, the first since leaving the academy.

The three-day event began Friday with prayers and a social evening, followed by a health walk and sports on Saturday, with activities rounded off by a grand dinner.

Participants included senior officers such as NYSC Director-General Brig.-Gen. Olakunle Nafiu and Naval Spokesperson Commodore Ayiwuyor Adams-Aliu.

Chairman of the organising committee, Commodore Ahmad Madawaki, described the reunion as a long-awaited opportunity to reconnect, honour fallen colleagues, and celebrate milestones.

The programme will close on Sunday with a thanksgiving service.
