Lagos APC Tells ADC: Stop Imagining Persecution, Nigerians Have Moved On

By NJORIGE LYNUS
THE All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos has dismissed claims by the African Democratic Congress (ADC) that President Bola Tinubu’s administration is silencing the opposition.
APC spokesperson Seye Oladejo said the ADC’s allegations were baseless, describing them as “the political equivalent of a mosquito accusing a lion of roaring too loudly.”
He said the ruling party is focused on delivering results under the Renewed Hope Agenda, not on “political spectators” who surface only during elections.
Oladejo added that Nigerians have moved on from “empty political vessels,” urging the ADC to “stop crying wolf” and focus on building genuine political relevance.
