Gov Oborevwori Makes First Appointments, Names CPS, SSG, CoS, SPOLAD, Principal Secretary

DELTA State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, on Wednesday appointed Dr. Kingsley Emu, as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG).

Also named as critical  appointees are Hon. Johnson Erijo as the Chief of Staff (CoS), Senator Emmanuel Aguariavwodo, as the Senior Political Adviser and (Mrs) Lyna Aliya- Ochulor, as the Principal Secretary.

Earlier on Monday, shortly after he was sworn-in as governor of the state, Oborevwori had approved the appointment of Sir Festus Ahon, Vanguard Newspapers Correspondent in Asaba as his Chief Press Secretary (CPS).

Disclosing yesterday’s appointments, CPS, Ahon, in a statement in Asaba stated that the approval, signed by the Permanent Secretary, Government House Administration, Sir Eddy Ogidi-Gbegbaje, takes immediate effect.
