Emma Ejiofor Bags Ph.D At Madonna Varsity
THE Onishe of Ubulu Uku and former Chief of Staff to the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Chief Emma Ejiofor, has disclosed the successful completion of a doctoral degree programme at Madonna University, Okija, Anambra State.
Ejiofor, the traditional Prime Minister of Ubulu-Uku, obtained the PH.D degree in Banking and Finance. “He is now one of the most educated people in Ubulu Uku”, an admirer said of the politician, who has now left the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), where he was a founding member.
