Governor Felicitates Muslims on Eid
DELTA State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, has extended warm greetings to Muslim faithful in Delta State and across Nigeria as they celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
In a statement issued in Asaba by his Chief Press Secretary, Festus Ahon, the governor commended Muslims for their spiritual devotion, discipline, and commitment throughout the fasting period.
Ramadan as a Period of Reflection
Oborevwori described Ramadan as a time of deep spiritual reflection, self-restraint, and compassion for others, noting that these values are essential for fostering a more harmonious society.
