Aniagwu Felicitates Delta First Lady on Her 56th Birthday
THE Delta State Commissioner for Works (Rural Roads) and Public Information, Mr. Charles Aniagwu, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the First Lady of Delta State, Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, as she marks her 56th birth anniversary.
In a congratulatory message made available to the media, Aniagwu described the First Lady as a woman of grace, compassion and unwavering dedication to the wellbeing of Deltans, particularly women, children and other vulnerable groups across the state.

The commissioner praised Deaconess Oborevwori for her people-centred disposition and consistent commitment to humanitarian causes, noting that her actions have continued to uplift lives and restore hope in many communities.
