Anyim Urges Ndigbo To Stop Lobbying Other Ethnic Groups Ahead Of 2023
· Says Ohaneze Failed To Plan For Igbo Presidency
FORMER Senate President, Anyim Pius Anyim, has asserted that no Nigerian can dispute the right of the South East to produce Nigeria’s next president in 2023, saying Ndigbo should stop begging for a spot in the race.
“All those making excuses against Igbo Presidency should not forget that other major parts of the country, had been handed the presidency, even when they did not have a suitable candidate.
“My problem is that Ndigbo themselves are not making enough noise about it at the moment. If Ohaneze is a serious organisation, it would have initiated a plan, as far back as 2019, which would have been yielding dividends today.
