A postgraduate student, Kayode Bello, has sued the University of Ibadan (UI) for allegedly denying him access to the school’s registration portal despite completing all required payments.
Bello, representing himself, claims the university’s actions amount to victimisation and have stalled his Master’s degree in Communication and Language Arts since 2021.
Justice Nkeonye Maha of the Federal High Court, Ibadan, has adjourned the case to 14 October for adoption of written addresses after admitting documents from both parties.
