One Dead, Seven Injured In Sagamu-Ikorodu Road Crash

ONE person was killed and seven others injured in an accident on the Sagamu–Ikorodu Expressway, Ogun State, after a Space Wagon car lost control and collided with a moving truck.

TRACE spokesperson Babatunde Akinbiyi said 10 people were involved in the crash — four men and six women. The driver of the Space Wagon, blamed for speeding, reportedly lost control before ramming into the truck.

Rescue teams from TRACE and the FRSC responded promptly, while the victim’s body was evacuated by the Road Union Association. Both vehicles have been towed from the scene.
