BBNaija Season 6: Liquorose Opens Up On Mixed Reactions To Angel And Pere’s Return
Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye finalist, Liquorose, has revealed she had mixed emotions about the surprise return of fellow housemates Pere and Angel to the show after their fake eviction.
Speaking during her Diary Session with Big Brother on Day 66, Liquorose said she was caught between feelings of relief and anxiety when the duo returned to the house.
“I’m on two sides,” she said. “On this side, I was not expecting Angel to leave. I didn’t see Pere leaving either. Angel not leaving was more believable than Pere being evicted. So it was like, ‘I knew something was off with your eviction. It’s good to have you back.’”
She continued, “On the other side, it was more like, ‘Wow, the stakes are even higher now.’ So if I’m to rate how happy I am on a scale of one to ten, I’d say five. Because I’d love to win, but now with more strong contenders back in the game, you just start wondering how it’s going to go.”
Pere and Angel were both subject to a fake eviction twist during Sunday night’s show, as Big Brother placed them in a “white room” challenge. The winner of the double jeopardy game would return to the house and compete in the finale. However, after completing the task, both housemates were allowed back into the game.
With their return, the final housemates now include Whitemoney, Liquorose, Emmanuel, Cross, Angel, and Pere, setting the stage for a competitive grand finale.
In a conversation earlier, Angel claimed that Whitemoney appeared unhappy with their return, saying, “his laugh was fake” when they re-entered the house.
However, during his own Diary Session, Whitemoney dismissed the claim, saying he was genuinely happy to see them return.
“I’m happy they’re back. Because in the end, who will win will win,” he told Big Brother.
With the grand finale fast approaching, housemates are navigating the final emotional hurdles of the game, as tension and expectations continue to rise.

BIG Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Liquorose, said that she had mixed feelings when Angel and Pere returned to the show.
Liquorose said this on Tuesday, Day 66 of the show, during her Diary Session with Big Brother.
When Biggie asked her how she felt about Angel and Pere’s return, she said, “I’m on two sides. On this side, I was not expecting Angel to leave. I didn’t see Pere leaving. Angel not leaving was higher than me seeing Pere not leaving.
“So it’s like, ‘I knew something was wrong with your eviction so it’s good to have you back.’
“On the other side, it’s like, ‘wow, the stake is higher now.’ So from a scale of one to ten, how happy I am we’ll be five, yes five. Because I’ll love to win but when you see people, you’ll ask yourself, ‘how is it going to be now?’”
Pere and Angel had faced fake eviction on Sunday and Whitemoney joined the initial top three, Liquorose, Emmanuel, and Cross.
After the double jeopardy game between the duo, they both gained access to continue to the grand finale.
However, during the Diary Session on Tuesday, Whitemoney said he was happy they were back because “who will win will win.”
