BEDC Organises Online Customer Engagement
ELECTRICITY consumers in the areas of coverage of BEDC Electricity Plc had the opportunity to engage with the disco via an Online Customer Engagement, held earlier today live on X Space (formerly Twitter).
Hosted by the Branding and Corporate Communications department of the company, the online forum which began around 12noon was described as successful.
The topic of the online customer engagement was: “Understanding the Electricity Value Chain”, while the Guest Speaker was Engr. Jonathan Lawani, Chief technical Officer.
BEDC reiterated its commitment to always reach out to its customers as well as being responsive to their needs, while the company pledged to sustain effective and open communication with customers.
