We Have No Plans To Increase School Fees For College Of Medicine, Faculty Of Law Next Session -AAU Management
THE management of Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma has debunked rumours making the rounds that the Spacial Intervention Team (SIT) of the university has concluded plans to increase the school fees payable by students of College of Medicine and Faculty of Law to Two Million Naira per academic session in the coming 2022/2023 session.
The institution’s Acting Vice Chancellor, Prof. Asomwan Sonnie Adagbonyin made this statement on Friday evening, while reacting to reports on the alleged plans by the SIT to increase school fee for both faculties by next academic session.
In a telephone chat with our correspondent, the AVC stated that “There is no plan to increase school fee, instead, the plan of the school is to focus on achieving a high level of excellence so that the quality of service delivery will be very high and facilities will be there, so that the students will graduate at the right time and be happy,” even as he urged students to remain calm and vigilant and not fall victim to the activities of unscrupulous elements, who are hell bent on dragging the name of the institution to the mud through their propaganda.
