Delta’s Oil And Gas Commissioner Gives Succour To Okrika Indigenes
IT was celebration galore at Okrika, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, as Indigenes, PDP party faithful and the public demonstrated love for the Honourable Commissioner for Oil and Gas, Prince Emman Amgbaduba, as he impacted on lives.
He was praised for showing commitment and contributing meaningfully towards the growth and development of the people. The New Year Celebration in Okrika was first of its kind, where many Indigenes felt the glow of love and Impactful touch from a leader, (Prince Emman Amgbaduba, as he said he finds pleasure in putting smiles on the faces of the people.
The New Year Party Celebration thrown by the Honourable Commissioner, saw a dancing competition, novelty football match, the dragon boat racing by canoe paddlers, between Gbekebor, Okrika and Ogbeingbene communities, after which, cash prizes were presented to all the participants, by Prince Emman Amgbaduba. He told the people to embrace the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The people of Gbekebor, Okrika and Ogbeingbene, in an open declaration, agreed to follow Prince Emman Amgbaduba to his destination come 2023, while a supporter stated that, “he has over time, displayed love and care for the people, hence, he has represented Governor Okowa genuinely in our various localities.
The crowd at Okrika was unprecedented, as the people demonstrated their appreciation to the Honourable Commissioner, Prince Emman Amgbaduba. They danced and sang praises, describing him as an astute politician, whose antecedents show that he is geared towards impactful service to better the lives of the people.
Prince Emman Amgbaduba, in a message, assured the people of his commitment to continue to support the growth and development of the area, just as he urged them not to relent in their support for the Okowa-led administration, noting that Governor Okowa remains committed in delivering the dividends of democracy to the people via laudable and impactful Programmes and policies.
“It is my sincere hope and assurance that this New Year would usher in more progress, greater Prosperity and endearing fulfillment for all, I wish the good people of Okrika, Ijaw Nation and Deltans in general, a Happy and Prosperous New Year, as I pray for the warmth of God’s love to fill every heart and home”, Amgbaduba added.
