Stakeholders’ Meeting Sets the Tone
THE APC Delta Mandate has applauded Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, for what it described as his unifying and inclusive leadership style, crediting it as a key driver in strengthening the All Progressives Congress (APC) across the state.
The group gave the commendation while reviewing last Friday’s stakeholders’ meeting, which it described as timely, strategic, and critical to fostering internal cohesion and repositioning the party ahead of future political engagements.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the National President and National Secretary of APC Delta Mandate, Hon. Isaac Anwuzia and Olorogun Jaro Egbo respectively, said the meeting reflected the governor’s commitment to building a united, people-oriented and broad-based APC in Delta State.
Emphasis on Unity and Collective Interest
According to Anwuzia, Governor Oborevwori’s message at the meeting strongly emphasised unity, mutual respect, and the pursuit of collective interest above individual ambitions. He noted that the message resonated with party leaders, stakeholders, and grassroots members drawn from all parts of the state.
“The stakeholders’ meeting held last Friday was a clear testament to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s political maturity, wisdom, and genuine desire to carry everyone along,” the statement said. “His message of unity, humility, and cooperation has further strengthened the APC family in Delta State.”
The group said the governor’s leadership style has helped create an environment of trust and openness within the party, encouraging members to set aside past differences and work together for a common goal.
Renewed Confidence Within the APC
The APC Delta Mandate noted that under Oborevwori’s leadership, the party in Delta State has witnessed renewed confidence, improved internal harmony, and a growing sense of shared purpose among members, regardless of their political origins or affiliations.
The statement added that the governor’s approach to leadership, anchored on dialogue and inclusiveness, has contributed significantly to healing internal divisions that previously affected party cohesion.

Commending the governor further, the APC Delta Mandate praised his efforts in fostering an atmosphere where differing views are accommodated and harmonised in the overall interest of the party and the state.
