THE Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) marked the 92nd posthumous birthday of renowned poet, dramatist, and scholar JP Clark, hailing him as one of Africa’s most influential literary figures. In a statement signed by ANA Public Relations Officer South, Richard Inya, the association celebrated Clark’s monumental contributions to Nigerian and global literature, emphasizing that his legacy remains a beacon of inspiration for contemporary and future writers.
In a joint statement from ANA’s National President, Dr. Usman Oladipo Akanbi, and General Secretary, Dr. Joan Oji, the organization reflected on Clark’s enduring impact.
