Tompolo Hails Wike At Birthday, Describes Him As Courageous, Result-Driven Leader
HIGH Chief (Dr.) Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has extolled the Honourable Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barrister Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, describing him as a leader whose public service is defined by courage, conviction and unwavering commitment to duty.
In a birthday message issued on behalf of the leadership and staff of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL), Tompolo said Wike’s career in public service reflects a rare blend of legal brilliance, political audacity and decisive leadership.
According to him, from Wike’s early years in public administration through his tenure as Governor of Rivers State, and now as FCT Minister, his leadership style has remained anchored on results, resilience and a strong sense of responsibility to the public.
“Your journey through public service has consistently shown that true leadership is measured by impact, not rhetoric,” Tompolo said.
He noted that Wike’s influence is already being strongly felt in the Federal Capital Territory, pointing to the renewed emphasis on infrastructure development, orderliness and accountability as hallmarks of a hands-on leadership approach.
“The renewed focus on infrastructure, order and accountability in the FCT underscores a leadership style that understands both the symbolic and practical importance of Abuja to Nigeria’s unity and governance,” he stated.
The TSSNL founder also commended the minister for recognising the vital link between security, development and national stability, noting that Wike’s insistence on law, order and institutional discipline aligns with Tantita’s mission of safeguarding critical national assets and promoting a secure environment for sustainable growth.
Describing Wike as “Mr. Project,” Tompolo said the title was well deserved, given the minister’s consistent record of performance and readiness to take tough decisions in the interest of the nation.
“In moments that demand firmness, you have chosen responsibility over convenience, standing by your convictions even when the path was difficult,” he added.
Tompolo prayed for renewed strength, sound health and greater wisdom for the minister as he marks another year, expressing confidence that Wike’s continued service would leave a lasting imprint on national development and unity.
“May the years ahead bring fulfilment, good health and greater opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the progress of Nigeria,” he said.
