DELTA State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated the State Commissioner for Higher Education, Professor Nyerhovwo Tonukari, on the occasion of his 60th birthday, describing him as a distinguished academic and committed public servant whose contributions continue to shape the state’s tertiary education landscape.

Prof. Tonukari, a Professor of Molecular Biotechnology at Delta State University, Abraka, is widely regarded for his contributions to scientific research, innovation, and mentorship.
